HGSS attendance policy has been amended.  The main points are summarised below, but a full copy is found here and it is requested that all parents/carers familiarise themselves with it.

We’ve recently launched a new library web app for students, parents and staff. The Accessit web app has a wide range of information about the school library.

 

This term in biology our class is learning about the gas exchange in animals. To really understand the structures of how gas exchange works we carried out many practicals, such as a locust dissection and a rat dissection.

We are delighted to start organising day trips again for students this year and preparing for some residential trips in the next Academic year 2022/2023.

During the training day, we learnt how to perform basic first aid in case of any accidents during the expedition.
